The location was amazing - close to all areas of the city and right near public transportation. Cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, along with fantastic hotel facilities. Breakfast was diverse and delicious every day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not only is it in a great location near public transportation, shops, and restaurants, but it also offers luxurious, comfortable rooms. Everything from the bathroom to the bed is clean and well-maintained. the service staff is friendly, accommodating and provides great tourist information. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was included in my stay. You can't go wrong with the easy access to highways leading to the southwest forest, Victorian Park and the train stations. All in all - the perfect choice!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious Bed & Breakfast in Perth. The location was perfect, as it was close to local restaurants, the train station, Victorian park, and even the airport. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with excellent housekeeping and laundry services available. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio and taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi in my room. The hotel also had beautiful garden furniture, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floors added to the overall comfort of my stay. The dining area for breakfast was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the leisure facilities, such as the BBQ area and the TV room, which had free Wi-Fi as well. The on-site car park and luggage storage were convenient, and the hotel provided board games for entertainment. this place offered an exceptional experience, with all the amenities and services one could ask for.

Found a cozy and comfortable place near fantastic restaurants and cafes. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

The place was a bit noisy, and we barely had a good night's sleep. breakfast was below average and lacked variety.

Great location close to restaurants, nightlife, and public transport. The off-street parking was a huge plus for us. The room was clean, private, and had all the luxuries we needed. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard. The host was welcoming and accommodating.

Although it was located on a main road, the room was still very quiet. However, the traffic noise could be heard in the common areas.
